A Conditional Acceptance Letter states that you are conditionally accepted by the university. After completing your deposit payment, you receive the Official Acceptance Letter. Your application will be reviewed within 2 weeks. After approval, the conditional acceptance letter will be sent to your email as proof of your application being conditionally accepted. PLEASE NOTE: There is a quota limit for every department, as per the regulations stipulated by the Council of Higher Education. Therefore, to secure the quota, we kindly ask you to make a deposit payment.
Each application is evaluated with accordance to the Head of Faculty, as every academic year the Council of Higher Education regulations might be updated. Moreover, eligibility criteria may differ for each country, according to your average score on your High School Diploma. Please click here to check your eligibility.
Bachelors' Degree applications are only accepted for fall semester.

You can submit your documents and apply online through int.bau.edu.tr/applyonline NOTE: During the registration period, please present the original hard copies of your documents to Student Affairs.
COMPULSORY DOCUMENTS:
  • Scan of high school diploma (either in English or Turkish)
  • Scan of completed high school transcript of records/required scores (either in English or Turkish)
  • Scan of passport
  • Motivational letter in English with minimum 300 words (Only compulsory for Medicine applications)
RECOMMENDED DOCUMENTS:
  • Foreign language exam result*
  • Personal Statement: An essay about your goals, your accomplishments, and why you would want to study at BAU (for the Medicine students only)
  • Recommendation letter from a teacher
  • Any certifications related to the field you're applying for
  *Acceptable proficiency scores for Bachelors’ degree students are listed below;
